BODY DETOX

Reset Your Habits. Support Your Body. Build a Healthier Baseline.

Understand the daily habits that affect hydration, digestion, nutrition, sleep, recovery and general wellbeing. Build healthier routines and track how you feel over time.

Evidence-based lifestyle support — we never claim that foods, drinks, supplements or cleanses magically "flush toxins" from the body.

Your Focus Today

Smart recommendations

Complete today's check-in or stay on track — recommendations come from your real recorded data. They're a guide, not a diagnosis.

Never a diagnosis. Recommendations are derived from your check-in answers — speak to your GP for medical advice.

Today's Water

Sip steadily — extreme water intake is not 'more detox'.

No single food is "toxic" — quality is about what you do most days. Aim to favour whole foods, build fibre slowly, and notice how meals affect how you feel.

Gut Health Centre

Track digestion, bowel pattern, bloating and food responses. We never diagnose — persistent or worsening symptoms should prompt a visit to your GP.

Eat well, support gut

  • · Build fibre gradually — wholegrains, beans, veg, fruit (aim ~30 g/day).
  • · Eat a wide variety of plants across the week to support your gut microbiome.
  • · Move daily; respond to normal urges to open your bowels.
  • · Hydrate steadily — water matters for stool consistency.

Bristol-Stool-scale-based insights. Speak to a GP if symptoms persist beyond 2 weeks.

Brain

What it does

Your brain controls thought, memory, emotion, sleep, movement and the regulation of every major bodily system. It relies on a steady supply of water, oxygen and glucose.

What can affect it

  • · Poor sleep and chronic stress
  • · High intake of alcohol or ultra-processed foods
  • · Dehydration and low physical activity

Healthy habits

  • · Aim for 7–9 hours of sleep
  • · Regular movement and daylight exposure
  • · Manage stress — breathing, social connection, downtime

When to seek medical advice

Seek urgent help for sudden confusion, weakness on one side, slurred speech, severe headache or collapse. Speak to your GP for persistent low mood, memory loss or unexplained mood changes.

Liver Health

Evidence-based, no "cleanse"

Alcohol

Keep to low-risk drinking levels and have several alcohol-free days each week. Alcohol-Free Days are tracked alongside your reset.

Body weight

Carrying extra weight around the middle is the most common non-alcoholic cause of liver strain. Modest, sustained weight loss and movement make the biggest difference.

Nutrition

No supplement or 'liver cleanse' has been shown to detoxify the liver. A Mediterranean-style eating pattern with regular movement is the most evidence-backed approach.

Medication

Paracetamol, some painkillers and many herbal products affect the liver. Always follow the label and ask a pharmacist or GP before combining medicines or supplements.

Exercise

Regular movement even in small doses improves how the liver handles fat storage. Aim for 150 minutes per week of moderate activity.

No supplement or "liver cleanse" has been shown to detoxify the liver in healthy people.

Kidney Health

Water, blood pressure, balance

Hydration

Drink to thirst across the day. There is no benefit to forced extreme water intake, and it can be harmful. People with kidney disease should follow their specialist's fluid plan rather than generic targets.

Blood pressure

High blood pressure damages kidneys over time. Know your numbers, keep salt modest, limit alcohol and move regularly.

Medication

Some long-term medication can affect kidney function. Never stop prescribed medication without your GP — but do request regular kidney reviews if relevant.

Nutrition

A balanced pattern that limits salt and ultra-processed foods, with regular water intake, supports kidney health. People with kidney disease may need different potassium and protein guidance than the general public.

People with kidney disease should not change water, potassium, salt or supplement intake without professional advice.

Before & After

Compare Day 1, Day 7 and Day 28

No logs yet — start your reset and compare how you felt on Day 1 to Day 7 and Day 28.

Comparison is descriptive — we never claim changes prove that toxins have left your body.

Gut & Parasite Health

Educational information on recognised parasites and a careful symptom questionnaire. We never automatically diagnose parasites and never say that detoxing proves they've been removed.

Detox Fact Checker

Search something you've seen online. We show what people claim, what reliable evidence actually says, the possible benefits, risks, who should be careful, and the evidence level — never invented.

Red Flags — get assessed

If you notice any of these, treat them as a signal to seek professional medical assessment — the app never diagnoses.

· Blood in stool
· Persistent vomiting
· Severe abdominal pain
· Severe dehydration
· Significant unexplained weight loss
· Persistent diarrhoea (longer than 7 days)
· Yellowing of the skin or eyes (jaundice)
· Severe confusion
· Significant reduction in urine output
· Symptoms following high-risk overseas exposure

Safety System

Your Safety Profile

Complete the Health Planner intake to share key safety context (medications, allergies, kidney/liver conditions, diabetes, pregnancy status, eating disorder history) so we tailor advice and quiet potentially dangerous nudges.

Based on this profile, we don't push extreme fasting, extreme water intake, electrolyte loads, parasite cleanses, colon cleansing, coffee enemas, unverified supplements or prescription medications without professional context.

Wearable Integration

Coming soon

Where a wearable connection is available in the future, this card will show real steps, sleep, heart-rate, exercise and resting HR from Apple Health, Google Health Connect, Fitbit, Garmin and Samsung Health. We never fabricate wearable data when no connection exists.
